Terms of Service & Delivery Policy

1. Overview & Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of bespoke website engineering, code compilation, domain configuration, and edge CDN hosting services by TD Studio (operated by Toby Daeche) to client businesses ("Client", "you").

By submitting a preview request, engaging our build services, or paying an invoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The "Preview First" Model

• Free Working Preview: Submitting a preview request on TD Studio is 100% free and carries zero financial commitment. We never ask for card details upfront.
• Preview Turnaround: We aim to deploy and text you your private mobile working preview within 24 hours of submission.
• No Obligation: If the preview does not meet your expectations, you have zero obligation to proceed, and no fee will ever be charged.

3. Pricing, Payments & Delivery SLA

A. Turnkey Website Build (£249 One-Off)

• Inclusions: Complete bespoke mobile-first static website compiled with <0.5s speed targets, 1-tap WhatsApp and click-to-call integration, quote capture form, Schema.org Local SEO ranking markup, and domain DNS setup.
• Launch & Delivery SLA: Once you approve your preview and settle the £249 invoice, we complete final content adjustments and connect your live custom domain within 24 to 48 hours.
• Code Ownership: Upon payment of the build fee, full intellectual property and ownership rights to the bespoke HTML/CSS/JS code transfer completely to you. You can export, self-host, or transfer your code at any time.

B. Optional Managed Edge Retainer (£49/Month)

• Inclusions: Cloudflare Global Edge SSL hosting, automated weekly DNS & uptime health checks, 99.9% availability SLA, monthly content/price updates (up to 2 hours/month), and priority developer support.
• No Lock-In: Cancel anytime directly through your self-service billing portal with 1 click. Zero cancellation penalties.

4. Scope of Work & Revisions

The £249 fixed build fee covers customisation of the agreed trade template architecture: updating your business name, trade category, operating territory, contact numbers, email addresses, brand accent colors, service menu, pricing tiers, and business details.

Major architectural changes requested after final launch (such as complex e-commerce checkouts, custom customer portals, or third-party CRM integrations) are quoted separately as custom builds with formal milestone agreements.

5. Client Responsibilities & Content

You confirm that you hold the legal right to use any logos, business names, photos, or trade accreditation badges (e.g. Gas Safe, NICEIC, Checkatrade) you ask us to display on your website. TD Studio is not responsible for copyright infringements or false claims arising from client-provided materials.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because we build and demonstrate a fully functional preview for your inspection before any payment is requested, you pay only after reviewing and approving our work.

If for any reason we fail to deliver a live custom domain launch within 7 business days of payment (excluding delays caused by registrar access issues on your side), you are entitled to a 100% full refund with zero questions asked.

For monthly managed retainers, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further recurring charges will occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of England and Wales, TD Studio's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the provision of services shall be strictly limited to the total fees actually paid by you to TD Studio in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
